GENERAL QUERIES 

IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 2000 on all serviceable pin codes. 

HOW TO PLACE AN RETURN REQUEST?

Easy returns up to 7 days of delivery. Return pickup available on selected pin codes. 

If you have received a defective product (printing defect or damage to the clothes), send us images and video of the product unwrapping at steekstyle@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

 Please note that the Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please get in touch with us on:

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID/ phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

We charge a shipping fee of INR 50/- on all COD orders.

DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India.

However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order via the website and msg us on Whatsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.

Once an order goes into processing we can NOT guarantee that it can be canceled and do not guarantee refunds

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

In case of returns,Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.  Visit the returns/ refund section on the website and whatsapp us to raise a return request for your order.

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person.

As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on:

Incase you fail to intimate about the same, the return might not be processed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns/ refunds section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order. 

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

We don't have exchanges. For return , the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check.

Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours.

CAN I RETURN ALL ITEMS?

Yes

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check.

Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived of and the products will be billed on MRP.

The balance amount will be refunded to bank account. 

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS?

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund will be credited to source account and we will be sent to the registered E-mail and WhatsApp number.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.

PAYMENTS

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at:
