Refund policy

  • We are dedicated to quality, and all our products undergo thorough inspections before shipping (customer testimonials are available here). If you receive a defective item (such as incorrect or damaged print, cut, or stain), please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will need proof of the issue to process your request and will promptly send a replacement. Incase of refund, it will be processed and settled to bank account with 5-7 business days as per RBI guidelines. We may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. We would require images and video of the product unwrapping at steekstyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp Us on +91 79703 30825 and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your your source account.
  • Since our products are custom-made to your specifications (including cutting and printing), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
  • The color of the product(s) may differ depending on your screen resolution.
  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Exchange your existing product with another product:- 

    We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Exchanges are available if there are size issues. To initiate an exchange, please notify us within this period. We will arrange for the return pickup, which usually takes about 3 days. Once we receive the returned product and complete a quality check, we will send out the new product.

    If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged product, you will need to cover the additional cost. Please note that only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • Please note:- We do not charge reverse pick up charges for the first exchange, however to ship it back to you we will charge ₹149/Product as shipping and handling fee.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  • We would require measurement of the product received in case there is size issue.
  • Once an order goes into processing we can NOT guarantee that it can be canceled and do not guarantee refunds.
