• If you have received a defective product (printing defect or damage to the clothes), send us images and video of the product unwrapping at steekstyle@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
• Now you can exchange your existing product with another product:- You can exchange your existing product with another product of equal or lesser value. Please note that you cannot avail new offers while exchanging.
• Please note:- We do not charge reverse pick up charges for the first exchange, however to ship it back to you we will charge ₹149/Product as shipping and handling fee.
• Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
• We may refuse returns and/or Exchange where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
